Sharehouse charges a 10% fee on weekly rent in exchange for finding you a guest. The fee is designed to cover the costs associated with running the platform and providing support services
Sharehouse collects a security deposit equal to 2 weeks rent. This deposit is held in escrow until the end of the stay. If there is any damage to your home, you can make a claim against the deposit.
