Your Room:💒💒 - Measures 3.9 x 6.0 (largest room in the house & heaps of room for activities) - Dedicated parking spot in the driveway - Fully furnished house (except your bedroom) - Sharing a bathroom with one other roomie only - Seperate shared big study (room for your desk etc) The House:🏡🏡 Just off High St in Malvern and is super close to Glenferrie Road.
