About the house

My name is Frances, and I’m looking for a woman with similar values to me to share a home with. I'm in my 40s and hoping to find a housemate in a similar age bracket to me. This 2 bedroom 1 bath unit is located on a quiet and friendly street. It is within 1km of Greensborough plaza, making it walking distance from the super market, retail shopping, cafe's and restaurants. The photos of the property are not the current furniture in the home. I’m looking for a housemate who is honest and has a positive outlook on life. I believe that trust is very important between two people and am hoping to share my home with someone who is open and a good communicator. Someone who is good at sharing space, and happy to contribute to the home. I am an NDIS participant, and have some support workers who come into the home, so it is important that my housemate is comfortable with this. I am looking for a housemate who would like to share a few meals a week, is happy to debrief about the day and can provide me with light prompting for domestic tasks, casual reminders about plans, and is home most nights of the week.
