Hey Flossers 👋 I have one queen bedroom available, comes with a full wall of built in robes, plenty of room for storage. Located in Cheltenham, 5 minute drive from the beach, 2 minute drive from Southland, 15 minute walk to Southland or Cheltenham train station. Surrounded by plenty of great cafes and funky bayside bars. It's a beautiful area to live in. The house is fully set up with everything you need to feel at home, all you need is your bedroom furniture and you're good to go! The house has a lot of natural light, and a growing collection of plants. It has a massive backyard thats great to enjoy in the summer time. There's plenty of room in the garage for storage if you need, as well as room in the driveway for your car. There is a bungalow out the back which is a shared studio space for art and music. You will be living with me, and my partner Hayden, who will be moving in towards the end of May after he is back from overseas. He's awesome and loves connecting with people and having a good yarn.
