Waverton Abode - Master Bedroom w walk-in robe and ensuite - $360 pw Period: 3 month short term stay: 1/08 - 02/11 Rent: $360 pw (all inclusive of internet, utilities etc) Inspections: Saturday All Day (22/08) Sunday arvo (23/8) As requested Room: Large Room fully furnished double bed, WFH set up, Walk in robe and built ins - will clear you space, Ensuite Bathroom with shower and toilet Location: 5 min walk from 2 cafes, 5 min walk to the Waverton Station, 15 minute walk to North Sydney coles 10 minute walk from parks, harbour views etc Who you will be living with: 2 other 25 year old males Both Full time in professional roles Social individuals, busy during the week and enjoy themselves on the weekend 🙂
