I'm Aussie but have Greek parents, have owned Japanese cafes and Specialty Coffee cafes. Currently manage 4 bakeries for The Natural Tucker Bakery Group. Vegetarian, dont drink or smoke and I know Jennifer Aniston & had dinner with her, lunch with Anthony Hopkins (Hannibal Lector) and have interviewed the Ramones. Great cook, photographer, learning Japanese, play tennis! :)
