Hey!! I’m Jessie (30yo). I just moved here from New Zealand 5 months ago. I'm a responsible and friendly gal looking for a place to call home. I'm respectful of others' privacy and space, but also enjoy socializing and getting to know my flatmates. I'm clean and tidy and always do my part to keep the common areas organized. I’m a non-smoker. In my free time, I enjoy drinking good coffee and finding yummy places to eat, travelling, road trips, painting, reading, going out with friends, and spending time outdoors. I also like to stay active and often go for bike rides or do yoga. I have a well-behaved and house-trained ragdoll cat named Georgie. He is very calm and friendly and spends most of his time asleep. I’m working 4 days a week as a psychologist in Brunswick East and work regular business hours. I'm moving from my current place in Alphington to be closer to the city. I don't have a car so my preferred location is anywhere within 30 minutes of the CBD by train or tram. Either an apartment or a shared house is fine. My budget is about $250 per week excluding utilities. Move-in date would be around mid-January 2024 as my current lease runs out on the 15th of January 2024.
