I’m Dan. Fit, funny, friendly 40yr old male with handyman tools and a little indoor cat companion. I’m extremely clean, very respectful and ninja quiet. I enjoy gym, the beach and eating healthy. Spend my time in my room with my cat watching YouTube, reading and working on the computer. I just come out to cook, clean and shower. *and do house maintenance (lawns etc) Looking for a place to call home. Have a shelf of tools and mower to store in garage/shed and dj gear/record collection for in the house/my room (which will be selling this year) Other than that, you’ll never know I’m there haha
