We are a young couple, searching for our first home together with our two small dogs. My partner George has a background in the transport and trade industry, whilst I have a background in hospitality. Our two small dogs are very well trained (including toilet trained) and are very quiet. Their names are Cooper and Stitch and I have included a photo of them. We make a cute little family of 4 and whilst we know it may be harder to find a landlord that would feel comfortable with pets, we couldn’t imagine our lives without them! In terms of our ability to be excellent renters for your property, we have made a budge based on our earnings and can confidently say we can afford the rent for this property ongoing. We are very organised and will ensure rent is always paid on time. I know young people can be known as ‘party animals’ but I can assure you we do not fit into that stereotype! We are very quiet people, and our focus will be on making your house our home for the period of the tenancy. We are very respectful towards others and would never upset our neighbours – our hope is that we will form a friendship with them or at least a good rapport so that they know they can rely on us if they ever need anything. We are very house proud and will keep the property very clean and tidy. Whilst our dogs are so small that I don’t think its physically possible for them to cause any damage, if something did happen unexpectedly, we would absolutely rectify that immediately. We understand that this property is just as meaningful to you as it will be to us and would treat it accordingly. We are also very much looking forward to getting involved in the wider community and have a real soft spot for the local area. We will absolutely make a positive impact wherever we can and understand the importance of helping those around us.
