Hey, I'm Melissa, I'm 24 yrs old and I'm looking for a new long term sharehouse. I have been renting in sharehouses since 2020 so have experience with renting and roommates. I also have a rental reference from my current landlord. When I'm not working I am doing painting, footy and rover scouts. I have an indoor cat, Indie. She mostly keeps to herself and spends most of her time in my bedroom. She is house trained. Having respectful roommate/s that have open communication with each other in a clean house is important. I am happy to have the occasional chat but also have the understanding that everyone in the house needs their own space. I would like to start a lease or join a pre-existing lease when I move in.
