Hello! I am 35-year-old single mother looking for a room to rent- i have my daughter 3-5 days each fortnight. She is a great, well-behaved child and in bed by 8pm most nights. I work every day and she is at school too- we also have lots of extra circular activities most afternoons so not always at home. We love reading books, gardening, and arts n crafts. We love to bake and cook amazing foods. We are very clean and organised too.
