Hello, mates! We’re a friendly and respectful duo, myself and my 17-year-old son, embarking on a new chapter in Victoria. We’ve recently made the move from Perth and are in search of a safe and welcoming share house to call home for the short to medium term. I’m Josh, a strategic and business consultant by profession, and I pride myself on being tidy, easy-going, and considerate of others. My son is working full time for one of my clients, focused on his professional development, and equally respectful of shared spaces and house rules. I've had full care of him since he was very young and he is an amazing young man who's made my job being his dad an absolute dream. We’re both pretty laid back, enjoy a good chat but also respect the need for personal space and quiet times. Our journey to Victoria is all about resetting and laying down roots in this beautiful part of Australia. We’re looking for a place that’s clean, friendly and where we can contribute positively to the household dynamic. Whether it’s sharing meals, stories, or helping around the house, we’re keen to be more than just tenants; we want to be part of a home. We are both professionally very busy so you won't see too much of us during the day. We’re both animal lovers, so if you have pets, that’s a bonus for us!
