Hello everyone ! We are Oceane (31) and Francesco (34) from France and we are looking for a place to call our home. Oceane is starting her first semester at ECU Joondalup as a nursing student and Francesco is currently working at the council as a waste truck driver in Osbourne Park. We are looking for a room located halfway between ECU Joondalup and Osbourne Park. Our budget is between $350 and $400 per week, all bills included. We are a pretty quiet couple, who highly values its privacy but we’re always open for a chat and a cup of coffee. We are reliable, respectful, clean and always pay on time.
