My name is Sam and I am looking to rent a room around Ballarat East or Central. I am from the south eastern suburbs and the reason for my move is due to getting a new job in Ballarat. I am a fun and outgoing person and love to socialise every now and then but also respect personal space. I love going on hikes and other outdoor activities. I am a very neat person and love to keep my space generally tidy. (Very tidy I must say, I tend to vacuum my spaces every week) During the week, I will be working and in the weekends I will most likely be going back to Melbourne or spending a quite day in the house.
