Hello there.. I'm 33, photographer & writer looking for a room to rent preferably furnished in the Melbourne area. I'm currently unemployed but always busy with other obligations or doing art & writing. I need a reasonably big space to be able to paint and hope to find someone that is social and laidback but not bothered by me sometimes zoning in on my space. I am music, foodie, shopping & art. I am respectful of others and really need to find somewhere in Melbourne for minimum of 3 months or I'll be returning interstate. I would need to have a lock on the door and am not a fan of too many people around me but would like to be able to have my best friends or family come over sometimes. I'm a lover of animals and wouldn't mind a bbq or dinner with housemates every now and then. I'm honest, on time with rent always and really look forward to finding somewhere I can call home for a while. Could be upto a year but for now looking to see how 3 months go. Please let me know bond & rent & any terms of the household you may have. Ask me anything. Please no time wasters. Also not interested in Dandenong, Cranbourne, Frankston or Broadmeadows areas at all thanks. Hope to speak soon.
