hey, i'm jess! a 22 year old kiwi who's moving to melbourne in late march to search for full time work. a bit about myself: i’m laid back, chill and sociable. i love to spin a yarn so am always down for a good chat. I love keeping busy and staying active so in my free time I enjoy going out for coffee, watching plays and performances, singing, volunteering at events, going to the beach and playing catan or a cheeky game of cards! last year i graduated uni with a degree in communications, majoring in media. following the completion of my degree i traveled around europe and south east asia for 6 1/2 months.! after having traveled I’m now looking to settle into full time work but was also interested in a change of scenery. the vibrancy in melbourne seemed right up my alley. my ideal homeshare balances socialisation with comfort, and repecting ones space. i love shared meals, i think it’s a great way to cut down on costs & food waste! i eat anything but have catered shared meals towards vegetarian flatmates before & wld be happy to do so again :))
