Hi, My name is Mahyar. I’m 28 years old, and a PhD student in Finance at ECU. I’m looking for a furnished studio in Perth CBD, ideally near the new ECU City Campus at 500 Wellington Street. I’m also open to sharing an apartment with one other person, as long as I have my own bathroom. I’m a reserved and tidy person who spends most of the time on my laptop. I value my privacy but also enjoy socializing occasionally. My main hobbies are reading and tinkering with computers and other nerdy stuff.
