What I'm looking for: - Either a team up to apply for new leases/ lease transfers, or to move into an existing sharehouse - Area: Chapel Street surrounding suburbs (up to Southbank, Malvern East and Brighton/ Elwood) - Budget: $300-400pw per room - Bedrooms: 3+ bedrooms (for the whole place) / 2+ bedrooms (available in sharehouse) - already have another girl wanting to join, also from the UK - Move-in date: Around 20th April - Property type: Would prefer a house (but not necessary) - Furnished/ unfurnished: Prefer furnished (again not necessary) - Pets: No pets but more than happy to live with any! ❗PRIORITIES❗ - As I'll be working nights and weekends, I'll need to be living with at least one other person on a similar schedule (i.e. working in hospitality/ adult entertainment/ just general nightshifts) as it can feel a bit isolating otherwise - Living with at least 2+ other people (normally means being able to get a larger house rather than a small apartment, while still only paying the same price per person) About me: - I'm 29F from London but I've been over here nearly 7 years so quite a while now! - I'm pretty social so keen for spending a bit of communal time together rather than just fully separate sharehouse vibes (bonus if also keen for the odd night out too!) - However I always want to keep the house feeling nice and homey as a priority🥰 What I could bring to the table: - May be able to pay full 12 months rent upfront (for new lease applications, this means being way more likely to get approved straight away) - Have a friend who works in the real estate industry who is happy to help with references if applying for a new lease, and guarantees she can get approved for any new lease straight away 🙂
