Intro: HI! I’m Kate, a 23 year old looking to move closer to the city/the inner west. I’m a design graduate looking for work in my industry and currently do freelance work, music tutoring (outside of home), and work casually at BWS. Interests: As a creative person I enjoy a lot of things including crochet, video games, illustration (almost exclusively digital now), reading, tv/movies, and music. I play alto sax and flute, and have ensemble rehearsals every Wednesday night in the hills. I am conscious of noise and am planning on getting some sound proofing panels for if I ever need to practice at home. Personal Qualities: I’m a super easy going person who loves to socialise as much as I love my own company and am usually up to do anything (or nothing!). I have good communication skills and can receive/provide constructive feedback. You’ll find I’m an extremely empathetic person who gets along easily with most people. I like to keep common areas clean and am happy to be part of a cleaning schedule. I don’t smoke, but smoking doesn’t bother me. Pets: I do have a 3 year old domestic shorthair cat. She’s quiet, very chill, not destructive, and has experience living with dogs (and briefly with a cat). The litter I use is a flushable one I keep next to the toilet and it masks smells amazingly. Other: I have an array of furniture and appliances I can supply, and if they’re not needed they can always be sold. I have no dietary requirements and am happy to sort my own, or share food.
