Hey everyone My lease is set to expire on the 23rd of June but looking to start moving out slowly few days earlier . I am not sure if thel Renew or il continue staying on so needing to start looking for another place. I am looking for an unfurnished room to rent. Essentially would prefer my own bathroom but am flexible, aircon and doorlook Is a must. I would also need room to run another fridge (I buy alot of food ) and storage space to store a few of my things tubs /boxes (no massive furniture). Would need bond lodged with rta or some agreement done up for this . I am single, non pets a non smoker and rarely drink. I'm relatively introverted but can be extroverted to easy going, quiet clean and respectful of space /privacy and would want the same. No drama or party house. In my spare time I like to kick back , hit up the gym , occasionally go to events or meet up with people/friends and on the side of this I enjoy cooking and would be meal prepping throughout the weeks for gym etc. I have a bit of autism/adhd too but aside of this am pretty chill 🙂. No unreliable people plz Thank you 🙏
