Hello, I am searching for a residence in hopes of moving out next year. I am a quiet, respectful, and tidy/clean individual. Art and film are my passions, and I have immense admiration for nature and a love for scenic walks. I am also looking for a housemate in Melbourne to move in with in the upcoming year, with whom I hope to foster a friendship with. (in the 18-23 range) I currently do not live in Melbourne, but I aim to move there. I intend to pursue film, so be aware that I may want to use certain spaces in the home to film some projects. I can move in from any date next year. I am, for the most part (and/or intend to be), self-employed, so the cheaper the rent, the better. I do not have any preferred suburbs to reside in; my flexibility is mostly unlimited. :)
