About the house

Hello! I have a room available for 2 months. Ending 13th May 24. I live on my own, work full time, no pets, no smoking, no partying but love a social glass of wine! 😁. I love to get out on my weekends to the beach, friends, gym and anything in nature. Looking for someone similar and working. All bills included in rent. There is a portable aircon that works great! Just need to bring linen and food and you’re set! 😊 Apartment is clean, newly renovated, walking distance to shops, river, cafes, bayswater train station and 10min Uber into city. There is car parking at the unit in visitors parking. I am waiting on my internet to get set up but should be here in the next week or so! No couples, no smoking and no pets 😊
