About the house

It has 4 bedrooms. The pictures include the 2 rooms for rent, they are the staged house listing photos however. 1 we try to keep as a spare room for when any guests come over. It has a huge lounge and a bar room as well and an office space. A deck that can be enclosed and used in all weather. It has heating and cooling. We do have most streaming services attached to the loungeroom TV which is welcome for use! We also have a backyard with a veggie garden and quails for eggs! We have a bus stop right out front for easy access to uni's, shopping etc. And are a 2 minute walk to a mall with a woolies and takeaways. 15 minute walk to the tram stop to get to the city.
