About the house

Hey everyone, My girlfriend and I are seeking a short-term (three to six months) flatmate for our second bedroom. There is a potential opportunity for a longer-term rent for the right fit. Please note that your room is unfurnished, but we can help you furnish it if necessary. The apartment is in Newtown, very close to the train station, bus stops, ALDI, and right next to the Post Office. The apartment has two bedrooms (both with air conditioning), two bathrooms (yours comes with a bathtub), a massive living room (also with air conditioning), a kitchen, a laundry area, and a balcony. It's well-lit and quiet, with excellent natural ventilation and easy-going neighbours. In addition to what's mentioned above, the apartment comes with the following equipment/items: Internet (100 MBPS) Television with Chromecast (Netflix + Amazon Prime + Binge + Disney Plus) [no need to pay for any of these, they are on us] PlayStation 5 (two controllers) Dishwasher Airfryer Mixer Toaster Blender Washing machine Dyson vacuum cleaner WALKING DISTANCE TO PLACES OF INTEREST: Newtown Post Office - 20 seconds Newtown Station, Enmore Rd, Stand A (Lines 355, 423, 423X, 426, 428, 428X, 430, N30, and N40) - 2 minutes Newtown Train Station - 3 minutes Newtown Station, King St, Stand B (Lines 352, 370, 422, and N10) - 3 minutes ALDI (King Street) - 3 minutes DENDY Cinemas - 5 minutes Camperdown Memorial Park - 5 minutes The weekly rent is $380 plus bills and two weeks of bond, which will be paid back when the keys are returned.
