Hi potential flatmate! I am Amanda and i’m the first owner and occupier of this cozy apartment that I bought off the plan. I’m looking for someone to rent my fully furnished room and apartment. I live with a really cool dude (Abhi) who is a postdoc at WEHI. He’s at work during the day and never cooks. During his free time, he enjoys playing computer games and enjoys a drink. You’d also be living with my furbaby Merlin who will always ask for cuddles. Please feel free to reach out if your interest aligns! This city edge apartment is well positioned in a convenient location just a short walk to RMIT, University of Melbourne, Queen Victoria Market and Melbourne central. Just 6mins and 2 mins walk to the tram stops on Elizabeth street (free tram zone) and swanston street respectively. Modern living plan with floor to ceiling glass doors in the living room and bedroom 1 that opens up onto the balcony allowing you to enjoy westernly views. Kitchen has stone benchtops, electric cooktops, oven and dishwasher. Bedrooms have built-in robes and you'd have your own bathroom. Building features secure intercom system, swipe card access to lifts and mailroom and the building is NBN ready. Sky deck has a 180 degree view of the city with a fireplace, cinema, communal kitchen area, 3 bbq areas and two spas. Anytime fitness is located on the ground floor. However, facilities is currently closed due to covid restrictions. I am looking for an easy going flatmate that is tidy and respectful of personal space on occasion. $360 per week for a fully furnished apartment excluding bills with 2 weeks bond. House rules applies.
