About the house

The house is in Balmain and was built in the 1800s. When walking into the terrace from the front garden gate, you enter a combined dining room area, and relaxed living space, featuring a beautiful wooden dining table and coffee table, leather couch, 4K Flat screen TV w/ Google Chrome cast, with modern Air-Conditioning. Under the stairs is a large storage cupboard. The Kitchen features a large brand-new fridge, a double wide professional-grade oven and gas stove top (including a wok burner), a delonghi coffee machine, a new dish washing machine, rice cooker, ice-maker, blender, microwave. The expansive kitchen area also features a laundry cupboard with contains a washer, and a condenser dryer. This kitchen area also features an inbuilt secondary bathroom which has its own shower. The kitchen has wide, fully extendable doors which open to the mid-sized private backyard/courtyard with a table and chairs, and plenty of space for plants and gardening if that's your thing. Curving round the right hand side of the courtyard is a covered outdoor entertaining area featuring an Wooden Infrared Sauna. Up the stairs on the 1st floor is the main bathroom. This room sees a great amount of sun through its many north facing windows, featuring a huge amount of storage space, mini-bar fridge, 4K flat screen Smart TV, 2x bean bags, a play-station 4, and a colorful lounge chair.
