About the house

Our home is modern and newly renovated with a spacious backyard. We have fully furnished the place so all you would need is yourself and your bedroom furniture (we will never say no to more plants). You would have access to: - TV and most streaming services - Internet - Dishwasher - Washer/dryer - Aircon - Multiple bathrooms - Massive attic you could use for office space/storage space which is completely separate from bed and living spaces, good for wfh if you need. 15 minutes walk to Redfern station, 10 minutes walk to Newtown station and 5 minutes to Mcdonaldtown. We are right off King street so there is always plenty to do and just up the road from Carriageworks which does a great farmers market on Saturday. ABOUT THE ROOM: The room is the master room and has an ensuite with a full size bath and heated tiles (biggest bathroom in the house), a private balcony, an inbuilt wardrobe, hardwood floors, a ceiling fan, and ducted airconditioning, it gets the most sun in the house and is drenched in natural light. A desk can be included free if you want it!
