About the house

Hi I'm Jayne , I have a 3 bedrooms smaller home with a neat back yard. The house is like a unit itself but it's actually not it's on its own block, Im in need of a boarder I'm not home much I stay over night at my boyfriend's house very often. It would pretty much be like your own home with me being there very little. I'm a 39 year old female I'm clean person I'm always on the go so I can be alittle akward and messy but I respect others and there personal space. Very easy going person that has friends of all kinds, the home it's self is neat tidy has everything you need I have two bedrooms available ATM and hoping to get them both accounted for very soon! Can I ask if U would be happy to pay a small bond ? And how much can U afford ? Would u like to arrange a time and day to come have a look at the property and meet me ?
