About the house

If you’re looking for the perfect room in the perfect apartment then look no further. I have a medium sized room with built in robe in my apartment in Abbotsford. The room has three huge windows and let’s in lots of light, plus it has a pretty decent view of the city. The apartment is fully furnished and consists of a modern, fully equipped kitchen, small dining area, lounge and a balcony with city views. I am also in the process of making some veggie boxes for the balcony. The apartment is a 3 minute walk from the Leslie St/Victoria St tram stop which can take you directly into the city. IKEA is just across the road so ideal for any extra furniture you may want! Plus Moon Dog Brewery is just a couple of blocks over for any sneaky bevs. You’d be living with me, Tyson, 28 and a foreman for a building company. I work full time and am often out visiting family/friends but when I’m home I like to chill out and relax. I enjoy going on hikes, camping and trying out new food. I’m a very tidy bloke and enjoy keeping the apartment clean. I’m happy to have a chat and a drink with whoever my new housemate is but also understand people need their own personal space and chill time. Ideally you’d be a respectful, kind and tidy person who can also gauge when someone needs space. Not looking for any party animals.
