About the house

Hey everyone 👋 I'm sadly leaving an incredible house in Carlton North, so we're looking for someone great to fill my room from mid June onwards. A bit more info: 🏠 The house is really massive yet cosy, has a big backyard, and has a projector in the lounge room. The bedroom is also really big, and has a fun fireplace in the corner (not a functioning one) 📍 Carlton North is a peaceful neighbourhood that is surrounded by bike and walking paths, parks, and suburbs Fitzroy and Brunswick 🤝 Your housemates will be Jem (a 32 yo community builder and lover of all things social impact, yoga & wellness) and Rory (a 32 yo copywriter at an NGO who enjoys films, DJ'ing and cooking). It's not a party house, but Jem & Rory enjoy having friends over every now and then, and throwing the occasional house party 💸 Rent is $1350 a month, plus bills (including a cleaner) We're looking for a housemate who is in their late 20s or older, and who is preferably female (no couples sorry)!
