About the house

Hi I'm a full time working female and I have 1 furnished/unfurnished bedroom available in my fully furnished Helensvale home (right near the M1 motorway). 1 bedroom is also being rented by another working female student. We would prefer to rent the room to another female. I'm really looking for someone who is clean, neat and tidy and helps out to keep the place in order. The bathroom is shared between 2 housemates with separate toilet from bathroom. We are looking for someone who is respectful of others space and belongings. And pays their bills on time. I'm a mature professional house mate that works long days. So this isn’t a party house. I also have 2 small dogs so must be pet friendly. If this sounds like you let me know :)
