About the house

I am looking for a mature person. I'm mid 50s no party .no late nights as I start early .I like socialising and an enjoyable afternoon with a few drinks and nibbles . I like a clean and tidy space .I've always worked in retail, fresh food sales and prep not hospitality. I like music and plants and trying to sew . I have 3 local grandchildren who visit . A clean kitchen is a must and isn't negotiable. This is for room .utility is extra .parking is within gated complex also.
