About the house

$225 per week bills inclusive ($900 per month). Couple looking for a third to occupy second bedroom on Dale St Port Adelaide Enfield. (Just looking for one housemate, no couples, kids etc. as it’s only one bedroom available. No cats or dogs) Shared kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Renovated cottage with new appliances, sun room and decent sized backyard. Large shopping plaza - 3 minute walk Smaller shopping centre - 3 minute walk Gyms - 3 minute walk Library - 1 minute walk Waterfront - 5 minute walk Train station - 10 minute walk Buses to city - 10 minute walk Plus plenty of local pubs, cafes, restaurants within a 15 minute walk. Outside smoking accepted. Please see floor plan in photos. We are a relatively quiet couple but will have drinks out the back with a bit of music over the weekends sometimes. We're a gay couple so we would be looking for someone who is accepting of that. My partner is a smoker and we will be accepting smokers, please just keep it outside. We have a decent sized backyard with plenty of plants where you can smoke. The house isn't the largest so we would ask that we all try to keep noise from bedrooms to a respectable level please. We are tidy and keep to ourselves mostly but friendly enough to live with. We are looking for similar to join us. Basic hygiene is important, unfortunately we have had short-lived housemates who have let food etc sit around in their room and we don't appreciate that.
