About the house

**FEMALE ONLY** Hi :) The property is a beautiful and spacious 1900s house, all renovated with authentic wood floors. The house has a front garden and a private outside intertening area with plants and pergola. The kitchen is brand new with Airfryer, oven, fridge, stove, dishwasher... There is a small landry area with a washing machine. The living room is cozy with a brand new 2 seats couch, a fireplace, tv and xbox. Car park is only off street with the opportunity to request permit from the council. Close to the property there are many bus stops, shops and a beautiful park. The area is safe and very quite. The house is located 30mins walking from rundle street or 5 minutes by bus. The room is occupied right now and I am not able to share any photos.
