About the house

$280 per week 4 weeks bond payable 50% Electricity, water and internet bills OR $40 per week. 🏠 4 Bed, 3 living area, 2 bathroom house. Location: Yarrabilba - Bus stop - approx 700-ish metres from home - ducted a/c as well as ceiling fans in each room. You will get to yourself; ✅ OWN ROOM (furnished with Queen bed, built in robe, plus I’ve just purchased a new sheet set and quilt cover just for this room) ✅ MAIN BATHROOM, and ✅ MEDIA ROOM (furnished) - All three of these rooms are down one end of the house. Bathroom is beside your room! ✅ DRIVEWAY PARKING (no garage parking available, sorry) 🍊Shared kitchen, main toilet and laundry. 💥6 month lease initially, with option to extend for the right person at the end of the initial 6 months. (Excluding couples as noted below) Looking for; ✅ Single person only please (working preferable) (Couple would only be considered for short term stay up to 2months, however it would be at a different rate to advertised - please send a message if this is you to discuss ) ✅ female preferred but am open to chat with anyone interested. ✅ someone quiet, clean (no parties etc) 👩‍👦Sharing with myself (36F), my very relaxed 6yo son, and 2 dogs. I work full time, some days from home as I see fit. Will keep to ourselves a fair bit also. No pets please due to having the dogs. - I pay for all lawn mowing, and will occassionally pay for a cleaner to come through to clean the house (no expense to tenant.)
