About the house

A decent sized bedroom, which could easily fit a queen-sized bed, Includes a built in wardrobe. You will have your own bathroom. I’m a friendly, easy going 35 year old who works full-time in Welshpool, with a couple of days working from home each week. I enjoy a balanced lifestyle - I’m not a party person, but I do love catching up with friends and trying new places. I stay active with regular gym sessions and Reformer Pilates classes. When I’m at home, you’ll usually find me watching movies, doing some arts (recently got into water coloring) or listening to music. Keeping the house clean and tidy is important to me and I really value a peaceful, respectful living environment. The house is located a 5-minute drive to Haynes Shopping Centre (with Coles and Aldi) and about 10 minutes to Cockburn or Armadale train stations. The home itself is well maintained, comfortable and ideal for someone who appreciates a relaxed and clean space to come home to. Who I’m Looking For I’m looking for a like minded female around a similar age who is friendly, respectful and easy to live with. Ideally, you value a clean and calm home environment, enjoy the occasional chat and are equally mindful of each other’s space and privacy.
