About the house

We have one spacious bedroom available in our 3 bedroom apartment in Port Melbourne! $950 pcm + water and electricity (wifi included) The room is 3.3 x 3.3 m, with large ceilings and a massive window that gets all the afternoon sun! The apartments best feature would be its massive undercover outdoor area, a perfect spot to hang with friends, and it's location. Right on Bay Street we are only a 15 minute walk (or 2 min tram trip when you're feeling lazy) to the beach, coles and a multitude of takeaway/ pub options are all within walking distance, the 109 is just a 4 min walk away, and a bus stop is right out the front!! You'd be living with Hollie (22 F) and myself, (24M), we share the front room and have lived here for three and two years respectively. The room separating ours from the room available is a spare room/ study, where friends are always welcome to crash. Hollie is at RMIT studying Enviro Eng and Science, and works at Chemist Warehouse. She's always grateful for a good book recommendation and loves herself some pilates. I'm hoping to finally finish my physics degree at Uni Melb this year, which I moved from Perth to study 5 years ago. I love music, and a vinyl collection I love to share and will give you all the updates on bitcoin you could need.
