About the house

I have an ensuite room in Carseldine up for rent in a share house. Currently I am in 1 room and my sister and her partner are in the other room (they work away every 2nd week so barely home). We have a friend who is is renting out the 3rd room. The ensuited room has a balcony and walk in robe Every room has aircon/ heater. The rooms are non furnished but the downstairs area is furnished. We are a 5 minute walk from the train station and a 10 minute drive from Westfield chermside plus there is other shops, gyms, groceries etc within a 2 minute drive. All bills are split evenly as they come in between the roommates. If you are interested send me a message and I can send some more details!! Available now for move in and preferably wanting someone who will stay for at least a year (more looking for women or couples). No smokers and the house isn’t big enough for pets.
