About the house

Hi, I have a spare room available from early August until late October/November- potentially to end of the year. It is a 3 bedroom townhouse/apartment in east Brisbane. It is about 200m from a bus stop and just off the main road in east Brisbane making very easy public transport wise. The room is the master with its own ensuite. There is an available car spot if you need but also has aircon/heating. It is a very simple house but everything you would need. There is a possibility for it to be furnished (only bed/bed base) or unfurnished whatever you prefer. Rent is $300 weekly and includes bills. Unfortunately we don’t have wifi.
