Housemate Wanted – Room Available in Surfers Paradise Hi there! My housemate is moving out, and his room will be available from this week. The villa is located on Salerno St, Surfers Paradise, in a complex with a swimming pool. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and you’ll be sharing the house with me. Both bedrooms are built-in wardrobes and ceiling fans. The room is furnished, as is the rest of the house. About me, I’m a 43-year-old female, working full time in a office 9-5pm. I live a healthy lifestyle and I spend my free time doing heaps of outdoors activities like hiking, camping, snorkelling, kayaking, beach volleyball, cycling, etc. I’m looking for a quiet, clean, and respectful housemate who works full time too. The agent will need to approve the new tenant, though they won’t be added to the lease. Details: *$350 per week (includes internet and water). *Electricity bill split between the two of us. *3 weeks bond *Not a party house *No smoking *Must be willing to help with the maintenance of the plants of the courtyards and take it in terms with me.
