About the house

Our house is conveniently situated in an excellent spot, offering easy access to all the amenities you need. Just a short 10-minute walk away, you'll find yourself immersed in the vibrant atmosphere of both Chapel Street and Fitzroy Street. Additionally, we are blessed with excellent proximity to local transport options, including buses, trains, and trams. Despite our convenient location, the house itself is nestled in a peaceful area, making it perfect for both working from home and enjoying some well-deserved relaxation time. This spacious abode boasts three bedrooms, a large living and dining area, a separate lounge room, a study, and a generously-sized bathroom. The house comes fully furnished, with the exception of your own personal bedroom. So, there's no need to worry about bringing in any furniture. However, if you do have household goods you'd like to contribute, we'd be more than happy to incorporate them or store them in our large storage shed. The bedroom that will become available measures approximately 3.5m x 3.6m and features stunning high ceilings that create an airy and spacious feel. You'll have two built-in wardrobes at your disposal, ensuring ample storage space for all your belongings. Natural light floods the room through a large window, infusing the space with warmth and brightness. Additionally, the room is adorned with beautiful wooden floors and even includes a non-operational fireplace, adding a touch of character to your personal sanctuary. Additionally, our home is equipped with a reverse heating and cooling system to keep you comfortable all year round. We also have separate air conditioning system in the kitchen and dining area, ensuring a pleasant environment for cooking and enjoying meals.
