About the house

Hey Y’all, We are looking for a flatmate to live with us in out spacious house in Ashburton. Our home is snuggled right in between Chadstone, Glen Iris, Ashwood and Malvern). Living area has Netflix, Binge, Stan and Amazon Prime. (A blanket is kept in the living room for Binge Watching Netflix) The home is only a few years old with all the modern necessities such as heating and cooling throughout, internal vacuum and remote operated garage. The spacious kitchen is a breeze to use and all essentials are available in the kitchen (Most Importantly A Coffee Machine 😩) We’re located 10 minutes away from Chadstone, a Woolies 5 minutes up the road and Alamein Station 3 minutes away! Cafes, restaurants, IGA, multiple take-away choices, walking/bike trails located only a short walk away on High Street Ashburton. Deakin Burwood campus is only about a 20min drive away too. Across the road is a Nature Reserve with a trail and amazing views from our balcony! The room has an abundance of natural light, BIR and nestled towards the back of the house for your own privacy!
