About the house

Hello everyone, Single room with shared washroom available for rent. Address- 6-10 Charles street, parramatta, 2150 Available from 16th September. Inspection available on weekdays and weekends. We are looking for a single female/male to share a three bedroom duplex apartment in Parramatta CBD. It is a semi-furnished private room with built-in wardrobe, double-bed mattress, shared washroom(only with 1 female) and has a shared attached balcony. The house is furnished with appliances like refrigerator, washing machine/dryer and other mini appliances. The location is 7 minutes walk from Parramatta station and 5 minutes walk to Harris Park. You’ll be sharing the place with 2 working professionals-1 guy and 1 girl from India. We respect each other’s privacy and consider shared responsibility to keep the house clean. The rent is $270 excluding bills, utilities will be shared between 3 people. Minimum 3months stay preferred. No parking spot, you’ll need to arrange for yourself.
