About the house

(Photos of the home are from before we move in, the room is not furnished) The house itself is on the older side but it is in a fantastic location, its within a 10 minute walk to Monash university in Caulfield plus the train station. The bathroom and kitchen are both shared between everybody but don't worry, we all have different schedules so we aren't home together a lot. The room itself is very spacious, its large enough for a double bed plus storage and a desk since the room doesn't have a built in robe. Parking at the house is pretty easy most days as well, Angel has her licence plus a car and if you drive your more then welcome to park in the drive way or on the street there is always somewhere to park. A little info of who you'll be living with. Hello! We are currently looking for a new room mate or 2 for our 3 bedroom share house. One of our room mates is moving out sometime in the near future so we are trying to get somebody to take over the room. Here is a bit about who you'll be living with. Hello, my name is Angel. I'm 20 turning 21 in September, I'm about to start studying at TAFE next semester. I love to play video games, go op shopping and paint in my down time, I also work a fair amount at Target up at Chadstone. I am in a relationship with Josh who is one of the other room mates as well. Hey, my name is Josh. I'm 20 as well and I'm currently a student at Monash studying computer programming. I work at grilld a lot so I'm never home at night but I do always try and sneak in and not cause an issue late at night. In my down time I play a lot of video games, DnD, board games and go to the movies. Hello I'm Brandon. I'm only 19 and I keep to myself a lot of the time, I do enjoy having a chat every once in a while but I mainly hang out in my room. I'm currently at TAFE studying IT and I'm enjoying it, when I'm not at TAFE I'm at work which for me is McDonalds. I don't really do much outside of those 2 things but play video games or relax in my room. On top of us 3 people, there is also 2 very amazing kelpies that we live with. Krypto and Mika, both great guard dogs that'll for sure lick you to death. I hope this is enough info and I can't wait to get to know you!
