Hey ther, Looking for a housemate to join me in a 2-bedroom/2-bathroom apartment in Caulfield that is available for one person looking for a place to call home (no couples sorry). Rent will be $300 per week plus bills that will be split equally. Joey (9) (co-owned family dog 🐶) - a beautiful maltese shitzu westie, who although is not a permanent resident, will come over to stay for a night or two here and there. He is very friendly and loves meeting new people.
