About the house

Hi everyone! Looking for a female housemate (potentially a couple but might be a tight squeeze) to take over a room in our 3 bedroom house in moonee Ponds, as one of our housemates will be moving out on the 5th of May. You'd be sharing with Me, Grace (24 f) and Olivia (27 f), we are a pretty relaxed house and ideally looking for someone that likes their own space but is happy to chat and hang out on occasion. The current rent is $797/ each ($2390 total) due the first of every month but will be increasing to $869/ each ($2607) on the 1st of July. The house is ideally located in moonee Ponds, 12 min walk from moonee ponds central, 10min walk to moonee ponds Junction and 5min walk to 58 tram stop.
