About the house

This room only accepts female with no pets and no children. Smoking is not allowed. The rent includes all bills. ***** This is a owner occupied house. It is less than 100 meters from the bus stop and 3 km from the beach. 15 minutes drive from ECU Joondalup campus. The ensuite bedroom is taken by a male tradie with 2 small dogs. You will be sharing the house with me (the owner), the ensuite occupant and his 2 dogs. You will have a shared bathroom with me (female). The shower box and the toilet are separate though, they are in different room. The ensuite bedroom has its own bathroom. The room for rent is small. Currently there are a double-bed and a built-in wardrobe in it. If a study desk is to be put into the room, it will feel quite crowded. The previous roommates used the dining table as her study desk (other occupants seldom used the dining table). You can discuss with me if you need any other furniture, we can work out a solution. I work from home full time and I will spent most of my time in my study room. Both me and the male occupants are quiet and respectable person, the house is large, and we would not interfere with each other's activity in the shared space, you can do whatever you want in the living area as we don't occupy the area at all. The house has good ventilation, air conditioning is not necessary in most days. If it is very hot day, the new ducted air conditioning is working very well. All household electric appliance are brand new.
