Hello, my name is Ari (27, research student at RMIT). I’m currently looking for housemates for a share house in Sunshine South. Property Details 3 bedrooms / 1 bathroom Older house Heating & air conditioning Bus stop out front → ~5 min to Sunshine Station Rooms Available Small room: $800/month Master: $900/month ($1000 for couples) Unfurnished / bills split evenly Move-in Around mid-April (flexible) I have experience living in share houses and would like to create a calm and comfortable living environment. The house is currently mostly empty, so I’d be happy to coordinate furniture and setup together. Additionally, I work with farmers, so if you are on a working holiday and looking for farm work, I may be able to help.
