Hi, Iām Edward. I work in product design in the manufacturing industry and live a quiet, balanced lifestyle. I'm a single parent with two primary school aged children and one kinder age. The children are only in the house part time. In my spare time I like to restore furniture, use the home gym, play the guitar, garden or nurture my indoor plants. I'm easy going and run a clean, calm home. When the kids are with me they have their own rooms to play in and a huge backyard, that spills into Valley Reserve, to roam. Apart from expansive living spaces and gardens to enjoy, the house is just fives minute stroll to Mt Waverley train station, Hamilton Place shops and cafes. No need for a car. If you do have a car, there is ample off street parking and garage space (negotiable). I am very respectful of other's space and routines. You are welcome be part of our space and routine or retreat to one of two large living areas with TV, dining table and double doors opening onto extensive balconies. Our home would suit a fairly independent tenant ā tidy, responsible and comfortable with children. Ideally a working professional or a university student. NB: The bedroom currently has a single bed but I can help source a larger bed. Queen mattress (if required) to be sourced by the tenant but I could assist with install.
