About the house

This house is for full-time female students "only". It is a peaceful and quiet place suited for studying, relaxing and sleeping. Everyone here is considerate, calm and respectful. The housemates are female students who wish to share with a female only. The shared bathroom is ladies only. International students are welcome. Curtin, Murdoch & UWA Uni students choose to stay here. A direct bus from the city, and buses to Curtin University and Canning bridge train station stop nearby. There are two newish ladies bicycles here for your use. If you don't have a car, we can take you grocery shopping. The central ducted air conditioning for summer and winter use is also ducted in the bedrooms. The kitchen is always clean, tidy and well equipped. A separate laundry room has a washing machine, dryer, garment steamer, iron etc. The WiFi is strong and unlimited - 270Mbps in peak time. Manning is a safe suburb, with a decent neighbourhood, and the house has additional security features - CCTV system for the outsides, alarm, a video intercom for the front door and more. This place is close to a library, a few different parks, an easy walk to the river, easy access to public transport, Waterford Plaza, Manning shops, weekend farmers markets, cafes and restaurants, grocery shops and takeaway places, gyms and hair salons, walk trails and parks, ponds with duckies and more. We offer an exceptionally peaceful home environment.... but it will not suit couples, employees who are not full time students, people with bed furniture, pet owners, parents with kids, or males (really sorry). The rooms are single occupancy so no partners or friends staying over. This house is mainly suited for quieter students who take their studies seriously. About us: I'm not home much, and besides myself, the housemates are female students (20-26yo). They and their parents wish that they share with other female students only. They do their own thing mostly, and keep to themselves, but are friendly, polite and happy to chat. They all get along well with no issues. They organise and cook their own food, but may be flexible if you want to cook together once in a while. Whether you hang out together and become friends is up to you and them. They are super nice. Two of them have been here 3 full years and have extended for a fourth year, and one has been here 2 years and has extended for another. One has graduated but doing further studies, and another will graduate in December and also do further studies. About you: You will need to be a full time student attending a campus during your stay. You will need to have the following qualities which the housemates have.... They are honest, calm, peaceful, considerate, clean, quiet, mildly social, respectful, and trustworthy. It's a truly peaceful house :)
